When you have loaded Aimsun data and wish to play back a
simulation containing Aimsun artefacts (vehicles) you need to tell
LEGION 3D where your version of Aimsun
software is installed. If
LEGION 3D does not know where your Aimsun
installation resides, it won't be able to display Aimsun-related objects.
Follow this procedure to ensure you can display Aimsun objects.
To set the Aimsun software path:
- Select

- Click the browse button to
the right of the field labelled 'Aimsun installation folder'.
- In the 'Browse for Folder'
dialog box, navigate to and select the folder where your Aimsun software is
installed.
- Click
OK.
- Click
Apply or
OK to save your changes (‘OK’ will close the
dialog).
Note: If you
attempt to play back a simulation featuring Aimsun objects before following
this procedure, an error message will direct you to the
dialog.
